In March last year, Shane Ashworth took part in a ground breaking genetic improvement program for sheep in Argentina. Over 300 meat merino embryos were transferred in a program aimed at training local veterinarians in embryo transfer techniques for sheep.

In an exciting new venture TLG is directly involved in livestock exports to China. Since May this year over 14,000 dairy heifers have been prepared for export to China at a livestock assembly area recently developed at the Glenormiston facility.
